What a great resource. Thanks so much for providing it. I believe one of the important things to simplifying holiday cooking is to just simplify it. Cook the dishes you know and love and feel confident about. And if you want to try something new – do a trial run well before the big dinner or party.
This year I did a totally different kind of dressing for Thanksgiving and even though there were a lot of reviews on Epicurious.com saying it was delicious – I still worried. And that's not really what the holidays are supposed to be about. As it turned out the dressing was great.
The holidays are supposed to have special meaning for each of us – keep it a little bit simple and keep it fun for you and your family.
