- Two kiwis (peeled and diced), 6 ounces raspberries (diced), 1 lb strawberries (hulled and diced), 2 Gold Delicious apples (peeled, cored and diced), Juice of 1 small orange, 1 teaspoon orange zest, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 3 tablespoons fruit preserves (any flavor)
- Clean and chop all fruit. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving. Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips.
