So, where did this year go? Are we really ringing in 2012 tonight? Wow, what an incredible year 2011 was to me. I traveled a ton, spent a lot of time with family and friends, stood up in my friends’ weddings, made trips to the lake house, attended sporting events, reconnected with old friends, became an aunt to the most adorable nephew, fell more and more in love with my husband, and experimented in the kitchen.
I cannot thank you enough for all of the love, support, tweets, comments, Facebook updates, well wishes, tips, tricks, and suggestions that you have given me throughout this past year. Thankfully through my work at Mom It Forward, I’ve attended a lot of conferences and have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of you. Being able to hug, share stories, and enhance our friendships has been such a gratifying experience. For those who I have yet to meet, I hope our paths cross soon.
As I said earlier, I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen this past year testing, experimenting, baking, and cooking all sorts of dishes and baked treats to share with family and friends. In celebration of 2012, I’m sharing with you the top 12 recipes of 2011.
1.) Apple Rings
